1. Agreement
These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and ILMANE LLC, a Texas company based in San Antonio, Texas, which runs the ILMANE online store ("we", "us"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have a parent or guardian place it for you. We ship only to addresses in the United States and Canada.
3. Your account
Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.
4. Our products
We sell fashion jewelry made of 316L stainless steel, some with a gold-tone or colored finish. It is not solid gold, silver or another precious metal, and stones are not precious gems unless the product page says so. Photos and screen colors can differ slightly from the piece, and sizes are approximate.
5. Care and allergies
Stainless steel is made to resist water and sweat, but finishes can wear over time with friction and with chemicals such as chlorine, perfume, lotion and cleaning products. Our 316L steel is gentle on most skin, but no material suits everyone. If you have a metal allergy or sensitive skin, ask your doctor before wearing it, and stop wearing any piece that irritates your skin. Jewelry has small parts: keep it away from young children and pets.
6. Prices and taxes
Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time. Sales tax is added where the law requires and is shown at checkout. If a price or description is wrong because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you, even after you received an order confirmation.
7. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example when an item is out of stock, a price is wrong or a payment looks fraudulent. If we cancel an order you already paid for, we refund you in full.
8. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. We accept the cards and wallets shown at checkout. By paying, you confirm you are allowed to use that payment method.
9. Shipping and delivery
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather or customs. Orders to Canada may be charged import duties or taxes by Canadian authorities, which the buyer pays. To the extent the law allows, ownership and risk of loss pass to you when we hand your order to the carrier. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we will help with a claim with the carrier.
10. Returns
You can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery. You pay the return shipping. To start a return, email us your order number and we will send you the return address. Our Returns page has the details.
11. Our content
The text, photos, logos and designs on this site belong to ILMANE LLC or to the people who license them to us. Do not copy or reuse them without our written permission. City and state names for US ZIP codes come from GeoNames (geonames.org). We use a trimmed copy under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 license (creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0).
12. Using the site
Do not use the site for anything unlawful, try to break or overload it, copy its content with automated tools, or post reviews or messages that are false, abusive or not your own.
13. No other promises
To the fullest extent the law allows, the site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available". Apart from the product details on our product pages and any rights the law gives you that cannot be waived, we make no other promises, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not promise that the site will always be available or free of errors.
14. Limit of our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, ILMANE LLC and its owners, employees and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from the site, your order or the products. Our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for the item the claim is about. Some places do not allow some of these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
15. Your responsibility
You agree to cover ILMANE LLC for claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, that result from your breaking these terms or misusing the site.
16. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier problems, natural disasters, power or internet outages, illness or government action.
17. If something goes wrong
Please contact us first. Most problems can be fixed quickly, and we will try to resolve yours within 30 days before either of us goes to court. To the extent the law allows, any claim must be brought by you individually, not as part of a class or group action.
18. Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any lawsuit about these terms or an order must be filed in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas, and you and we agree to those courts, unless the law where you live gives you the right to sue where you live.
19. Closing accounts
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or is used for fraud. You can close your account at any time by contacting us.
20. The rest of the agreement
If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term right away, we can still enforce it later. These terms, our Privacy Policy, our Cookie Policy and our Returns page are the whole agreement between you and us.
21. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page, with its date, applies to orders placed after that date.
